Contact our dental team in advance of your appointment to confirm you are being treated for periodontal disease. If you are a new patient, our dentists can evaluate your needs and suggest the ideal plan for your goals.

I accidentally missed my appointment; what should I do?
We know life can get in the way, but if you miss an appointment, you are responsible for rescheduling a new visit at your convenience. Our cancellation policy dictates a 2 business day notice. Please check with our team to see if a no-show fee is required for a new consult.

Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely. If you would like to add a family member to our plan, we can help. We offer programs for patients of all ages, so your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Our dental plans are unique to our practice, so they are non-transferable to other practices. If you move to another area, we encourage you to find a dentist who offers similarly advantageous discounts.

If I cancel, will I receive a refund for the remaining cost of my membership?
Unfortunately, no refunds are provided at any stage of treatment. This includes failure to schedule and maintain appointments. If you have any questions about our programs, our dentists will be happy to go over the benefits in person, so you can make the best decision for your individual needs.

How much do I pay when I sign up for a plan?
Membership requires a one-time $50 activation fee as well as your first month’s dues.

Can I pay in advance for my dental plan?
Absolutely. Paying for a year’s membership upfront can save you even more money in the long-term. By paying for a year in advance, you can essentially save up to two months’ payment dues per plan.
